As the owner/Founder/Consultant of multiple companies, T.E. (Tré) Steger has been a disruptive force in the industry since establishing TE Enterprises Consulting in 2006. Her mission is to guide businesses and individuals away from misaligned paths and the confines of siloed workplaces. Steger’s unique approach and relentless efforts have transformed businesses and empowered individuals to strive for their business or personal goals. Her use of the latest trends and coaching methods has been instrumental in this journey, inspiring many to follow suit.

Led with passion and vision, Steger continues to expand TE Enterprises Consulting, LLC from a one-business-line career consulting start-up to a comprehensive service provider.  Today, she serves as the firm’s principal lead and a practicing career coach, mental health first aid trainer, mediator, and mental health therapist working with those who have serious mental illnesses, personality disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. In addition to TE Enterprises Consulting, she created her speaker brand, T.E. Steger, in 2014 with a focus on mental illness and motivates those passionate to step out and be bold. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Steger continually strives to provide business and individual consulting services, allowing them to aspire to their business or personal goals using the current trends and coaching methods.

Before her tenure at TE Enterprises Consulting, Steger amassed a wealth of experience in various sectors, demonstrating her adaptability and versatility. From June 2003 until her retirement in March 2014, she held pivotal roles in several federal agencies, showcasing her ability to navigate financial management, budget analysis, human resources, and management analysis. Her decade-long experience in the private sector, including roles in human resources for a major airline, a community college, and various technology firms worldwide, further underscores her ability to handle diverse situations with ease. She takes this expertise and explores her empathic side in serving as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Among many awards and accolades, Steger received the Moreland Loaned Executive Award, one of the Department of Defense Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area for fundraising. Steger completed her doctorate in Education with a concentration in Higher Educational Administration and Organizational Leadership at Liberty University in 2023. She also completed her Ph.D. coursework in Business Organizational Leadership at Capella University. She received her MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Certificate in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services in 2017, and her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2020. She has an MBA from Columbia Southern University, a BS in Management Organizational Development from Mount Olive College, and two Associate Degrees, one in Pre-Pharmacy and the other in Pre-Social Work from Coastal Carolina Community College, and numerous certifications, citations, and notations. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor (MD, DC, PA, & DE), adult mental health first aid instructor, community mediator, certified medication technician, and nationally certified counselor (NCC).

Some of her interests include needlework/yarn work, volunteering, public speaking, bowling, riding motorcycles, singing, working with the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI), Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Member-At-Large Member of the Charles County NAACP-2017, and National Career Development Association. She was an Executive Vice President with MyEcon, the Personal Financial Success Company. She volunteers several hours yearly at local shelters, LGBTQ events, and ceremonies. Her passion is to assist at-risk transitioning youth from foster care/group homes who live with mental health conditions, like herself, to become productive citizens of the working world. She also worked with college-aged students who are processing adulting. She has successfully participated in many singing contests and competitions and has hosted many MC events. She is affiliated with the Audrey Robinson Underwood Military Chapter #15 OES-PHA in Washington, DC, Top Ladies of Distinction, Affiliate Chapter, National Council Negro Women at Large member, and a member of Phi Alpha Zeta Chapter representing (Charles County) of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, initiated in 1998 at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She completed the Emerge America DC program for Democratic women who seek political office.   She was a 2018 Candidate for Charles County Judge of the Orphans’ Court. In addition, she has served on numerous committees, boards, and events.
