What is the goal of the TEEC – Transformations Coaching Process?
The TEEC Transformation Coaching process is a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment that will help the client clarify his or her educational, business, professional or life work that will structure poignant decisions and actions with an unclouded, unconfined, and unrestricted focus. We will use assessments and tools to support the client in examining what specific pursuits that will be achieved throughout the program. Many times this will entail revisiting the past CONFINEMENT in career/occupation or life decisions so that the client can aspire to move forward with a renewed plan, purpose and to release power into the future. The next step in the process is to look at all the possibilities as a result of brainstorming and mind mapping. To clearly define, process of mind mapping is often created around a single concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. A specific timeframe is agreed upon from this step and is ALIGNED to the ASPIRATIONS in the client’s life.Who is TEEC-Transformations Coaching for?
For those who want to transform their current situation in their career, business, profession or life’s work, this program is for them. If the client wants to make a complete transition in their current career or start from scratch, then this program is for them too. This program is not a one size fits all—it is EVERY size fits all because it is custom tailored for just the client in mind. No two are alike. The question starts with “How Can I Help You…” Whether the client has a business idea, an existing business, a career shift, or STUCK in CONFINEMENT I can get them out and help them shift into a different gear. The client may need a mental nudge, an accountability partner, encouragement, a Quick Power ALIGNMENT (QPA) system. The QPA is used when a client is holding him or her back using excuses and many other options that will propel them to greatness and success. The client investment depends on the length of coaching and whether or not it is individualized or group. Fees are generally paid monthly. Do you work in person or by phone?
Due to the intense nature of the work with clients, only a limited number of clients are accepted at one time. I am located in Washington, DC Metro Area and can work in person or by phone on a limited basis. Long distance clients will work with me via conference call, Skype or What’s App. Coaching packages also include access via email.

Is TEEC-Transformations Coaching right for me?
To determine if TEEC-Transformations Coaching is the right fit. Before the intake session, a complimentary 20 minute resume/CV or career history review so that we can determine if the client needs match my needs and coaching style. During this session the client will have the opportunity to be coached by me. At this time I will only accept the client if I know that I can help them gain the result they seek in their career, business, education, or life’s work; believe the client will do the work and make the commitment needed to achieve the goals and if I feel that we work well together. In addition to coaching, I offer workshops, classes and seminars. Clients and the public gain my point of view from my newsletters, blog, social media postings and speaking engagements.Do you offer group coaching?
Yes. I offer group coaching and workshops. I partner with other entrepreneurs to assist with questions that are of particular interest to those who are starting in a particular career field. Business owners/entrepreneurs who are seeking business coaching often seek this when they are starting their business and seeking to transform from the 9 to 5 job into full-time entrepreneurship.
