Owner/Founder/Consultant of multiple companies T.E. (Tré) Steger founded TE Enterprises Consulting in 2006 to break misaligned paths and confined siloed workplaces. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Steger continually strives to provide business and individual consulting services, allowing them to aspire to their business or personal goals using the current trends and coaching methods. Led with passion and vision, Steger continues to expand TE Enterprises Consulting, LLC from a one-business-line career consulting start-up to offering four additional business lines (public speaking, life coaching, mediation administration, and business development). Today, she serves as the firm’s principal lead and as a practicing career coach, mental health first aid trainer, mediator, and mental health therapist.
In addition to TE Enterprises Consulting, she created her speaker brand, T.E. Steger, in 2014 with a focus on mental illness and motivates those passionate to step out and be bold. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Steger continually strives to provide business and individual consulting services, allowing them to aspire to their business or personal goals using the current trends and coaching methods.
Before operating and before TE Enterprises Consulting, Steger worked in several critical roles for several federal agencies from June 2003 until her retirement in March 2014. She was a Financial Management Analyst for the Army Materiel Command from June 2003 until October 2005. She served as a Budget Analyst and Human Resources Specialist for the US Forest Service from October 2005 to September 2009. Her most recent appointment was as a Management Analyst for the Department of Navy from September 2009 until her retirement in March 2014. Before founding TE Enterprises Consulting, Steger spent ten years in the private sector human resources, working for a major airline, a community college, and various technology firms worldwide.

Among many awards and accolades, Steger received the Moreland Loaned Executive Award, one of the Department of Defense Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area for fundraising. Steger completed her doctorate in Education with a concentration in Higher Educational Administration and Organizational Leadership at Liberty University. She also completed her Ph.D. coursework at Capella University. She received her MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Certificate in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services in 2017, and her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2020. She has an MBA from Columbia Southern University, a BS in Management Organizational Development from Mount Olive College, and two Associate Degrees, one in Pre-Pharmacy and the other in Pre-Social Work from Coastal Carolina Community College, and numerous certifications, citations, and notations. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor (MD, PA, & DE), mental health first aid instructor, community mediator, certified medication technician, and a nationally certified counselor.

Some of her interests include needlework/yarn work, volunteering, public speaking, bowling, riding motorcycles, singing, working with the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI), Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Member-At-Large Member of the Charles County NAACP-2017, Nation Council of Negro Women Charles County Section and National Career Development Association. She was an Executive Vice President with MyEcon, the Personal Financial Success Company. She volunteers several hours yearly at local shelters, LGBTQ events, and ceremonies. Her passion is to assist at-risk transitioning youth in foster care/group homes to become productive citizens of the working world. I also worked with college-aged students who are processing adulting. She has successfully participated in many singing contests and competitions. She is affiliated with the Audrey Robinson Underwood Military Chapter #15 OES-PHA in Washington, DC, Top Ladies of Distinction, Southern Maryland Chapter, National Council Negro Women, and a member of Phi Alpha Zeta Chapter representing (Charles County) of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She completed the Emerge America program for Democratic women who seek political office.   She was a 2018 Candidate for Charles County Judge of the Orphans’ Court.
